How much notice
do you need?

More Than 24 Hours' Notice

No Charge

Cancel or reschedule freely, no fee either way.

24 to 4 Hours' Notice

  • 50% fee to reschedule
  • 100% fee to cancel

Less Than 4 Hours' Notice

100% Fee

Applies to both rescheduling and cancellations.

Important

All cancellations must be made by texting or calling 727.222.2928.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the session cost.

Late Arrivals

  • ◆Arriving late may shorten your session time to accommodate subsequent appointments.
  • ◆The full session fee will apply.
  • ◆We cannot accommodate requests to shorten session lengths (e.g., reducing a 90-minute session to 60 minutes) on the day of the appointment.
